At LEBRAND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces are not quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
